		<description>We have been told by our VC that we can post legal fees associated with our financing against the equity investment when we log the actual investment to equity on the Balance Sheet.

Is this treatment is GAAP compliant, and if so, this there a GAAP reference we can use to notify our accountants of the process.</description>
